Shipping and Delivery

Scope: This notice governs shipping, delivery, and related obligations for orders placed through our online store.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or third parties.

 Address Accuracy: Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Costs Taxes and Customs

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

Taxes and Duties: Prices shown may exclude import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country. We will not be liable for customs delays or fees.

Risk Title and Inspection

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Title: Title to goods transfers to the customer upon full payment. Inspection: Customers must inspect deliveries immediately and report shortages, damage, or non‑delivery within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for remedies.

Delays Force Majeure and Liability

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier failures, or government actions.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages arising from shipping errors or delays is limited to the cost of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Returns Refunds and Cancellations

Return Eligibility: Return and refund rights are governed by our Returns Policy. Items damaged in transit or incorrect shipments will be remedied at our expense when reported within the required timeframe.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations may be subject to carrier and restocking fees.
